Privacy Policy

1. Information collected by the app

ZPixit does not collect personal information, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, precise location, contacts, health data, payment information, or diagnostic data. It does not create user profiles and does not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.

2. Projects, images, and imported files

Projects you create, textures you paint, palettes you import, and reference images you choose are processed on your device. ZPixit does not upload these files to a server operated by us.

Your documents remain under your control through the iPad document system. Depending on your own iPad and Files settings, you may choose to store them locally or through a storage provider such as iCloud. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

3. App preferences

ZPixit stores limited preferences on your device, such as appearance, language, toolbar position, Apple Pencil-only mode, and whether an instructional hint has already been displayed. These settings are used only to remember how you configured the app and are not used to identify or track you.

4. Apple Pencil and touch input

Pencil, touch, hover, and gesture information is used in real time to model, navigate, and paint. ZPixit does not retain this input as personal data or transmit it off your device.

5. Exporting and sharing

When you export or share a PNG, OBJ, GLB, GIF, spritesheet, or ZPixit project, you decide where it goes using the system sharing and file interfaces. The privacy practices of the destination you select are outside ZPixit’s control.

6. Website data

This website does not use advertising cookies, behavioral tracking, or marketing analytics. Like most hosting services, the website host may process basic technical request information—such as an IP address, browser type, and request time—to deliver and secure the site. ZPixit does not use that information to build profiles or track visitors across websites.

7. Data retention and deletion

Because the app does not collect personal data on our servers, there is no server-side account or personal-data record for us to delete. You can delete individual ZPixit documents through the Files or document browser interface. App preferences can be removed by deleting the app from your device.

8. Children’s privacy

ZPixit does not knowingly collect personal information from children or from any other users.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if ZPixit’s features or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised whenever a material update is published.
